Full Arch Dental Implants

What Are Full Arch Dental Implants?

Full arch is the largest of the dental implants treatments we offer. It replaces every tooth in your upper or lower jaw at once, and you may know it as All-on-4 or All-on-X. Dr. Anthony Osei places four to six implants into the jawbone, then anchors a single fixed bridge on top of them. The bridge is milled from full zirconia and shaped digitally to match your face, so it is not removable and does not sit on your gums like a denture. Dr. Osei plans every case from a 3D scan.

Natural-Looking Dentures in San Antonio: Your Options

Are Full Arch Implants Right for You?

Full arch implants make sense when most or all of the teeth in an arch are gone or failing. Patients across San Antonio come to Dr. Osei tired of dentures that rock while they talk, or facing teeth too broken to save. Being told you have too little bone does not rule you out either, since angled placement often reaches bone that straight implants cannot. Good general health matters more than age. If only a few teeth are involved, single implants are usually the better fit.

What Full Arch Implants Give You Back

The change patients notice first is not cosmetic. It is biting into food without planning ahead, or getting through a long conversation without adjusting anything. Many of these hold true for dental implants at any scale, but they are most dramatic across a full arch.

Your Dental Care is as Individual as You Are

No two jaws heal the same way, so no two full arch plans should look the same. At AB Dental and Oral Surgery, Dr. Osei reviews your scan, your health history, and your budget before recommending anything, then explains your options in English, Spanish, or Japanese.
